Welcome to Annes Matl\u00e5dor AB! By subscribing to and purchasing our meal services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ownership of Packaging and Containers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Reusable Packaging and Containers<\/strong>: All packaging, including bags and food containers, provided by Annes Matl\u00e5dor AB, remain the sole property of the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Usage<\/strong>: Customers are permitted to use the provided bags and food containers exclusively for the consumption and storage of meals delivered by Annes Matl\u00e5dor AB.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Return Policy<\/strong>: Customers are required to return the bags and food containers to Annes Matl\u00e5dor AB.\n
      \n
    • Please place the used bags and containers outside your door on the scheduled pickup day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Containers must be returned in a reasonably clean condition, free of excessive food residue or damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Responsibility and Charges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. Failure to Return Packaging<\/strong>: If customers fail to place the bags and containers outside for pickup, or if they are lost or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, Annes Matl\u00e5dor AB reserves the right to charge customers the following replacement fees:\n

        • Bags: 2 SEK per bag<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Food containers: 10 SEK per container<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Subscription and Payments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          1. Meal Purchase Only<\/strong>: Customers are charged solely for the meals provided. No additional cost is included for the bags or food containers, as these remain the property of Annes Matl\u00e5dor AB.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Late Returns<\/strong>: Failure to return bags and containers promptly may result in delays to future deliveries or additional administrative fees.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Delivery Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            1. Changes in Delivery Schedule<\/strong>: In case of emergencies such as extreme weather, staff illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, Annes Matl\u00e5dor AB reserves the right to change the delivery times at short notice. We will make every effort to notify customers promptly of any changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Customer Agreement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
